Average sale price for residential properties in the Deep Creek Lake area continued to sharply increase over last year. Prices for the rest of Garrett County seemed to level out in 2023. Properties are still selling quickly with average days-to-sell decreasing since last year, with the rest of the county selling even faster than the lake. The number of residential properties on the market continues to stay near record low levels, backing up the strong seller’s market in the area.
